Reserving your ski & snowboard rentals

You’ll need your rental dates, pickup location, preferred package, and each renter’s date of birth, height, weight, and skier type (i.e. beginner, intermediate, or expert). Boot size is not necessary, but helpful if known.

Yes — but changes must be made by our staff rather than online. Our reservation system is easy to update once we have your details.

The fastest way to request a change is by emailing reso@parkcitysport.com with your reservation info and what you’d like changed — we’ll make the update and email you a confirmation. You can also call us at 435-940-1470. If it’s easier, you’re welcome to simply wait and make the change in person when you come in to pick up your gear.

Minor changes — swapping ski/snowboard, adding or dropping a helmet, adjusting size/weight/height, or shifting your pickup time — don’t need advance notice at all. Just let our team know when you arrive to pick up your equipment.

Please note: we’re unable to issue partial refunds on a reservation deposit. If one person in your group cancels, that portion of the deposit can be applied to the remaining members. If you need an actual refund for part of a reservation, the only way to do that is to cancel the full reservation (full deposit refunded) and then rebook the parts you still need.

Yes, you can reserve for your whole group in one booking. For groups of 16 or more, ask about our group discount.

Renters must be present to pick up their individual gear.

Helmets are not included in rental packages. They are available to rent for an additional $12.00 a day.

Our sport package is a forgiving beginner ski or board, ideal if you’re just learning. Our performance package suits comfortable, all-around skiers and riders who don’t need something specialized. Our demo package is top-of-the-line, built for skiers looking for a specific performance ski. Junior packages are for kids under 10 and 100 lbs.

All packages include boots and poles (snowboard packages include boots and bindings).

For more detail, see our guide to choosing a ski rental package or our beginner ski rental guide.

You can pick up your rental equipment any time on the first day of your rental, as early as 8:00 AM before the lifts open. You can also do early pick up the day before after 2:30 PM at no extra charge, based on availability.

All snowboard and ski equipment rentals must be returned to the same location where you initially began your rental.
